so. i can’t believe i’m actually posting this. this thing is straight out of 2012 and i only regret that a little bit. it’s something i’ve been writing on/off for years (like, adding a few sentences here and there every couple of months kind of thing) so!!! kind of glad to be getting it out of the wip folder.
as far as warnings go, i don’t think it needs too many. there’s definitely some hints to how charles and tony weren’t raised right (vague references to child neglect, underage drinking/sex etc., basically all the usual stuff that comes with writing those two). if you think i’ve missed something big, please let me know!

Apr. 5th, 2019 02:05 pmokay so. i fully expect the mcu to ignore carol’s comic relationships with rhodey and tony, but the heart wants what the heart wants, and so here we are. i’ve been in a big rhodeytony mood lately, and (like most viewers) i walked away from capt. marvel thinking carolmaria could have easily been canon, so those were the ships i was thinking of when i wrote this, but if you don’t want to see it that way then... im not gonna stop you.
